We are seeking an experienced Workday Analyst with deep PATT expertise to lead enterprise-level solutions.
The Workday Functional Analyst (PATT) is responsible for the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
This role partners closely with COEs, Payroll, and HR stakeholders to ensure that Workday functionality is:
The role operates within a strong governance framework, where HRIS owns platform integrity and configuration, while COEs own functional processes and data quality.
Senior ownership of a critical, regulated domain. Strong platform governance in place with clear HRIS vs COE Accountability model in place with structured intake of work and delivery model. Coming into an organization with a Global, complex, multi-vendor landscape with opportunity to support growth from a professional and personal aspect. The key focus here within the team is on configuration quality and encouraging standardization to foster consistency. The team ethos is very much forward looking with AI, Automation & Insights and how we support bringing this into our functional areas within our applications and across team processes.
