Workday EDM Solution Consultant

As a Solution Consultant for Kainos Employee Document Management (EDM), you will play a critical role in driving new business with Workday customers by partnering with Account Executives to articulate the value of EDM.

Kainos EDM is purpose-built to extend Workday, enabling customers to securely manage employee documents, orchestrate compliant e-signature workflows, and maintain a complete, auditable record of HR documentation within their Workday environment.

This is a purely presales, revenue-aligned role—focused on discovery, solution alignment, and demonstrating business value. You will guide Workday customers through the evaluation process and position EDM as a seamless extension of their Workday ecosystem, rather than a disconnected document solution.
