Workday Recruiting Lead

In this role you will lead Workday Recruiting initiatives within Accenture’s Workday practice, guiding clients through HR transformations. You will apply industry standards and Workday methodologies to design and deliver recruiting solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve client objectives. You will host workshops, drive workstreams, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable outcomes. • Advise clients on HCM and Recruiting standards and design solutions
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies to engagements
• Host workshops and lead discussions in HCM and Recruiting
• Independently lead workstreams and report progress
• Liaise with clients, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to deliver robust solutions
• Drive innovation by developing methods/assets to enhance learning within Workday

• Proven Workday HCM Core Services and Recruiting experience with certifications
• Excellent consulting skills with strong HRIS understanding and end-to-end process knowledge
• Strong stakeholder management and client alignment abilities
• Ability to travel as required and manage teams and client interactions
• Fluency in English; Bachelor's degree or equivalent; up-to-date Workday certifications
• Hands-on Workday experience
• Additional qualifications in Workday and knowledge of other Recruiting solutions
