Role Overview

Workforce Planning Analyst at Naukri Mitra Recruitment Firm. Full‑time, Remote. Salary $172,592 annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Analytics: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, turnover, and staffing levels.
  • Forecasting and Modeling: Develop accurate workforce forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Use predictive analytics and scenario modeling to anticipate future staffing needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align workforce plans with business objectives. Provide recommendations for optimizing resource allocation and addressing talent gaps.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create detailed reports and dashboards to present workforce insights to stakeholders. Use visualization tools to make complex data accessible and actionable.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workforce management processes and recommend improvements. Implement best practices to enhance workforce planning and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on workforce strategies. Partner with talent acquisition teams to address recruitment needs and timelines.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure workforce plans comply with labor laws and organizational policies. Assess risks associated with workforce changes and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field. Master’s degrees or certifications in workforce planning, analytics, or project management are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in workforce planning, data analytics, or a similar role. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful workforce strategies.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Familiarity with workforce management systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, or R is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights. Experience with predictive modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations. Ability to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
