As a Workforce Planning and Metrics Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Strategic Workforce Planning across the organisation. Working within our newly established Strategic Workforce Planning team, you will help bring workforce data to life by transforming information into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision making.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of people, data and organisational strategy. You will analyse workforce information, produce reports and dashboards, identify emerging trends and support the development of workforce plans that addresses workforce challenges and anticipate future needs.
Using tools such as Excel, Power BI and other analytical platforms, you will help maintain high-quality workforce information, develop reporting solutions and support continuous improvements in workforce planning processes. You will also work closely with colleagues across the People team and wider organisational teams to build a strong understanding of workforce priorities and contribute to innovative workforce planning solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems and communicating complex information in a simple and engaging way. Whether you are producing insightful reports, supporting workforce planning activities or helping colleagues understand workforce trends, your contribution will directly support the organisation's ability to plan for the future.
As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.

Interviews will take place on 26 - 27/8/2026 through Microsoft Teams.
