KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\ N
Conduct data analyses & feasibility studies for automation projects.\ N
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.\ NSimplify work processes by utilizing digital tools (Power BI, Excel).\ NUse Lean Management Tools (VSM, WPI) to identify and eliminate losses.\ NAssist in implementing Safety, Quality and 5S standards within the warehouse.\ NWork with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain challenges and optimize end-to-end workflows.\ N

Job Qualifications\ NYOUR PROFILE
\ NEnrolled at a German University working towards your Bachelor / Master, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related fields.\ NLiving in commutabledistance from Gross-Gerau area and willing to work from the office for at least 3 days/week.\ NProficiency in English & German language.\ NGood collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.\ NGreat level of self-organization.\ NAbility to demonstrate leadership by approaching and solving challenges.\ NTeam oriented, with a “can do“ attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.\ NCreative, innovative, strong in your initiative, follow-through, communication, and priority-setting.\ NAble to play a key role and influence across levels and functions.\ N
