Xiaomi EV-Store Manager

As one of the first Store Managers, you will be a key member of the European founding team with ownership of service architecture, governance and strategic setup in new markets. High-performing candidates will have the opportunity to take on the role of City Manager, managing and coordinating all relevant stores in the corresponding city.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation phase: participate in establishing the frontline store operation system and standardized business processes.
• After the official launch: full operational responsibility for Xiaomi EV service senters.
• Driving KPI-based productivity, quality performance, workforce planning, and scalable service structures.

Job Requirements

• Have 5 years and above of working experience in service function, with a certain level of understanding and sensitivity to retail business.
• Strong logical thinking and comprehensive problem-solving capabilities
