Youth Ministry Fellow: Leadership & Camp Coach

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a YL Staff Associate I to carry out and manage ministry. Responsibilities include spiritual and leadership development, fundraising, and team management to engage in community and church relationships.

The ideal candidate should have experience in direct ministry, proven communication skills, and the ability to work under various conditions. Candidates must also be ready to participate actively in the spiritual life of the Young Life community.
