Salary: €80-€100k basic + uncapped OTE + RSU's

Your Mission
Channel Strategy & Expansion – Develop and execute awinning channel strategy to grow revenue through existing and new partners.
Partner Enablement & Development – Strengthen relationships with key resellers, distributors, and alliances, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Sales Performance & Execution – Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure channel partners hit sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Strategic Leadership – Serve as theprimary liaison for channel partners, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to maximize market potential.
Market & Competitive Analysis – Identify opportunities in the DACH region, staying ahead of market trends and competitor movements.
What You Bring
Proven Channel Leadership – Experience in managingchannel sales and partnerships in the DACH region, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or data protection industries.
Strong Partner Network – Established relationships with leading VARs, distributors, and system integrators in the region.
Results-Driven Mentality – A track record of growing partner ecosystems, increasing sales pipeline, and exceeding revenue targets.
Strategic & Hands-On Approach – A mix of high-level strategic thinking and execution capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.
Fluent German & English – Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with partners across DACH.
