We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to drive adoption of AI and NLP software solutions in the healthcare and life sciences sector. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying decision-makers, and closing deals that support both subscriptions and services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has the ability to translate complex technical solutions into tangible business value. You will collaborate with a global AI-focused team, develop strategic territory plans, and contribute directly to revenue growth while expanding the presence of cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Represent AI software solutions and services across an assigned territory.
• Identify and influence key decision-makers to win new business.
• Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan to meet quarterly and annual bookings targets.
• Manage customer and internal relationships throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM systems.
• Coordinate engagements with customers, including support, service, and management interactions.
• Execute business development initiatives to expand pipeline and market presence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software, technology, machine learning, or AI sales.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Healthcare and life sciences experience is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work productively in a globally distributed, remote team environment.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field preferred.
