    This role provides a unique opportunity to drive business growth by selling professional services and technology consulting solutions. The Account Executive will be a client-facing leader responsible for generating new revenue, expanding existing accounts, and positioning consulting expertise strategically. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, convey client requirements, and contribute to talent acquisition. The role requires a strong customer-centric mindset, consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles while building trusted relationships.     Accountabilities

    • Generate new business revenue and achieve sales quotas through strategic account management and prospecting.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships at multiple organizational levels, including C-level stakeholders.
    • Lead the full business development cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored consulting solutions.
    • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the hiring process where applicable.
    • Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline, track progress, and report on performance.
    • Represent the company in professional associations and industry networks to expand market reach.
    • Provide actionable feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in IT consulting or professional services sales.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a consultative, client-facing sales environment.
    • Expertise in enterprise-level deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
    • Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strategic mindset with a customer-first approach and passion for long-term client success.
