Account Executive - OEM

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to be a key driver in advancing clean energy solutions by working closely with OEM clients, dealers, and end customers to deploy electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. You will act as a trusted advisor, cultivating strong relationships while helping to deliver innovative solutions that combine EV charging hardware, software, solar, and battery storage systems. The position suits a motivated sales professional eager to work in a fast-paced environment focused on sustainability and growth, with ample room for career advancement.

Accountabilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM dealers and customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Develop and deliver EV charging solutions including hardware, fleet software, solar, and battery storage systems tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
• Advise customers on local, state, and federal incentives and grants available for EV solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Utilize Salesforce to automate processes and accurately forecast sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure superior customer solutions and seamless project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of sales or project management experience involving customer and channel partner engagement.
• Experience or strong business knowledge in electric vehicles, solar, battery storage, or related industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging senior management and maintaining thorough documentation.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments including sales, marketing, engineering, product, and operations.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask and perform well under tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM tools.

Willingness and ability to travel 15%-25%.
