    As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-market customers, helping organizations leverage powerful tools to achieve their fundraising and impact goals. This role combines strategic thinking, consultative selling, and relationship-building to drive revenue growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, from product to solutions engineers, to craft tailored solutions for clients while building a robust pipeline. The position offers the opportunity to refine sales expertise, develop professionally, and contribute meaningfully to organizations that make a difference in their communities. Success in this role requires a mix of persistence, creativity, and an eagerness to exceed targets.

    Accountabilities:

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Manage the full sales process for new mid-market clients, from first contact to contract negotiation.
    • Source and build your own pipeline, qualifying prospects and maintaining an accurate sales forecast.
    • Deliver engaging web-based presentations and product demos, articulating the value proposition effectively.
    • Sell to VP and C-Suite executives, navigating multiple decision-makers to secure approvals.
    • Become an expert in the platform and nonprofit industry, enabling consultative and strategic conversations.
    • Participate in mentorship programs, host regional events, and represent the company at industry conferences.
    • Contribute to process improvements, lead team discussions, and pilot new sales strategies.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will bring a combination of sales experience, technical aptitude, and a results-oriented mindset:

    • 3+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, preferably on an inside sales team.
    • 2+ years selling in a SaaS environment with demonstrated quota attainment.
    • Experience managing a defined territory or book of accounts, with outbound pipeline generation skills.
    • Proficiency with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Sandler, or other solutions-based approaches.
    • Strong listening, verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
    • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, Salesforce CRM experience, and knowledge of tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
