    This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic client services team, managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across top social platforms. The Account Executive will oversee day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from concept through delivery, while providing excellent client service and maintaining strong creator relationships. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers and Senior Account Directors, to support campaign planning, content review, and reporting. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creative problem solving, and wants to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns for leading brands.

    Accountabilities

    • Support the management and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta (FB + IG), and Snap.
    • Oversee creator onboarding, contract management, content review, and payments, ensuring all campaign elements are delivered accurately and on time.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and internal stakeholders.
    • Conduct strategic creator research, sourcing, and outreach to ensure relevance, diversity, and alignment with campaign goals.
    • Monitor campaign performance, assist with reporting inputs, and collaborate on end-of-campaign reporting to exceed client expectations.
    • Maintain organized communication across internal teams, ensuring campaigns run efficiently and clients receive exceptional service.
    • Support senior team members with campaign statuses, updates, and any ad hoc tasks required for successful execution.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or campaign management roles.
    • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
    • High energy, multitasking ability, and capability to prioritize across several projects.
    • Excellent team player with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting colleagues.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and contribute hands-on to day-to-day campaign activities.
    • Basic understanding of campaign execution metrics (e.g., impressions, views, CPM, VCR, ER).
    • Experience with Entertainment, CPG, or Food & Beverage clients is a plus.
