    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of IDMWORKS. We are currently looking for an Account Executive - Western Region in the United States.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand client partnerships within a defined territory in the western region. The Account Executive will leverage their expertise in identity and access management (IAM) to identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. This position requires a combination of consultative sales skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. The role involves building and maintaining a strong network within the healthcare sector, managing a robust sales pipeline, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Candidates should be proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable traveling across the territory to meet with clients and stakeholders.

    Accountabilities

    • Drive all revenue-generating activities within the assigned geography, including opportunity identification, progression, and closure.
    • Develop compelling sales value propositions tailored to prospective clients and existing accounts.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing to create and execute Territory Development Plans.
    • Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and forecasts.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects, coordinating internal resources to meet customer requirements.
    • Serve as a consultative expert, providing guidance on IAM solutions including Identity Lifecycle Management, Governance, Privileged Access, and Workforce or Consumer Identity Access Management.
    • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor offerings, and third-party technologies to differentiate solutions.
    • Participate in marketing events and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support business development.

    Requirements

    • Proven direct sales experience with expertise in one or more IAM domains, such as Identity Lifecycle Management, Governance, Certification, Privileged Access Management, or Consumer Identity Access Management.
    • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing opportunities.
    • Ability to coordinate across matrix-based organizations to address customer business problems and generate sales opportunities.
    • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience managing long-term client engagements and renewals.
    • Comfortable managing multiple initiatives across diverse clients and partners simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed (up to 50%).
    • Reside within close proximity to a major airport.
