    We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Account Manager to lead and grow client relationships, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-account environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex marketing challenges, influencing stakeholders, and continuously improving processes while contributing to a culture of professional and personal development.

    Accountabilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
    • Develop, execute, and optimize B2B marketing strategies across multiple channels, providing data-driven recommendations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaigns, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights, analytics, and actionable recommendations to clients.
    • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding marketing initiatives.
    • Lead internal meetings and discussions to resolve challenges and maintain high standards for deliverables.
    • Maintain a focus on client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and enhancing long-term partnerships.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience managing client accounts in digital marketing; agency experience required.
    • Experience managing $40k+ monthly multi-channel lead generation accounts.
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
    • 2+ years of experience managing SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
    • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other tracking and attribution tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage change and innovate while maintaining big-picture focus.
    • Results-oriented and analytical mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to influence clients and internal teams, build trust quickly, and lead team collaboration authentically.
