    This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow high-value enterprise accounts in a dynamic mobile marketing environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue expansion, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and strengthening long-term client relationships. The position requires a strategic, commercially minded professional who can collaborate across teams, represent the company at industry events, and ensure client satisfaction and renewals. You will play a critical role in influencing business growth while working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is ideal for someone eager to combine relationship-building, analytical insight, and industry expertise to make measurable contributions.

    Accountabilities:

    • Take ownership of managing and expanding relationships with high-value enterprise clients to exceed sales targets.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account portfolio to maximize client value.
    • Serve as a strategic partner, positioning solutions to support clients’ growth journeys and long-term success.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success and App Growth Consultants to ensure smooth renewals and account continuity.
    • Conduct regular client check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and product demonstrations.
    • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on customer success and retention strategies.
    • Represent the company at major mobile marketing conferences and industry events.
    • Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports to inform decision-making.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of proven experience in Account Management, preferably in the mobile or digital marketing industry.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
    • Commercially minded, resilient, and growth-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills to build trust and maintain transparency with clients.
    • Passion for mobile marketing and curiosity to continuously expand industry knowledge.
