• Responsible for posting accounts receivable and bank transactions
• Process incoming and outgoing invoices
• Assist in the preparation of project materials
• Ensure timely completion of expense entry in DATEV
• Collaborate with teams in China on financial matters
• Support the finance team with various tasks as needed
  

Your mission

Your profile

• Completed training as an Accountant or degree in economics with a focus on accounting
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with DATEV and tax processes
• Relevant experience in cost accounting with strong attention to detail
• Fluent in Chinese and English, knowledge of German an advantage
• Experience with DATEV software is a plus
• Proven ability to take on responsibilities in a dynamic environment
