This strategic and hands-on role will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and process optimization to support the company’s growth and ensure financial compliance.

Your Mission

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all accounting and controlling functions.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to deliver high-quality financial services.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Analyze financial data including balance sheets, P&L statements, and forecasts.
• Own and continuously improve all accounting and controlling processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Support senior leadership with financial modeling, cash flow planning, and funding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cost accounting.
• Manage annual budgeting and financial planning cycles.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure SOX compliance where applicable.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, fund transfers, and liquidity management.
• Ensure compliance with German GAAP (HGB), IFRS, and all local tax/VAT obligations.
• Collaborate with external auditors and prepare for audits.
• Serve as a finance business partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Continuously optimize ERP usage (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
• Lead finance-related projects and stay current on relevant regulatory changes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Controlling, or Finance.
• Fluent in both German and English (Mandarin a plus).
• Expert knowledge of HGB and IFRS .
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
• SOX compliance experience is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience , preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Solid knowledge of cost accounting and reporting in a production environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
