    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Life360. We are currently looking for an Ad Operations Manager in the United States.

    This role offers the opportunity to be a key operator in a rapidly growing advertising business, ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of campaigns that reach millions of users daily. The Ad Operations Manager will manage programmatic and direct-sold inventory, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to maximize ad performance. This role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic input, helping shape the evolution of ad operations in a high-growth, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and curious, with a passion for learning and improving systems in a collaborative, remote-first organization.

    Accountabilities

    • Set up, traffic, and monitor ad campaigns across Google Ad Manager, including direct-sold, programmatic, and house inventory.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately, delivered on schedule, and meet performance goals.
    • Troubleshoot creative, targeting, and inventory issues to resolve technical discrepancies efficiently.
    • Partner with Product and Engineering teams on SDK integrations, new ad formats, and technical QA.
    • Analyze campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize delivery and yield.
    • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot ad tags, ensuring proper tracking and minimal downtime.
    • Run experiments to improve yield by managing different demand partners.
    • Contribute to floor price strategies, demand partner configurations, and ad quality monitoring.
    • Define and document ad operations processes, checklists, and escalation protocols.
    • Stay up-to-date on ad tech industry trends, privacy regulations, and monetization best practices.

    Requirements

    • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Google Ad Manager (GAM), preferably in mobile or programmatic environments.
    • Strong understanding of campaign trafficking, ad serving logic, targeting, and troubleshooting in GAM.
    • Familiarity with SSPs, header bidding, and first-price auction mechanics.
    • Experience with tools such as Confiant, Prebid, Looker, Charles Proxy, or MMPs (AppsFlyer, Kochava).
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
    • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, improve systems, and take on additional responsibilities over time.
    • Strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
