Responsibilities

• Simulator Development: Develop and validate precise simulator models to realistically represent aircraft flight behavior.
• Flight Dynamics Analysis: Perform handling-qualities analyses and evaluate aircraft performance based on simulation and flight test data.
• Safety Assessment: Support the safety-of-flight process and contribute to the safe testing of aircraft.
• Certification Support: Prepare and review compliance and certification documents as part of the certification process.
• Test Support: Assist with simulator and flight tests, including preparation, briefing, execution, and analysis of results.

Profil

• Education: Master\'s or PhD in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in flight dynamics.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of aerodynamics, handling qualities, and aircraft flight behavior.
• Skills: Experience in simulator modeling, handling-qualities analyses, and flight-test methods.
• Additional Qualification: Ideally experience as an EASA CVE, FAA DER, or in a comparable certification role.
