We are looking for an

AI Artist & Creative Technologist

The position is permanent and full-time.

Your key responsibilities include

• You’ll be at the heart of revolutionizing visual content creation, working with cutting-edge AI tools that seamlessly integrate into professional production workflows.
• Together with our production team, you’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible when traditional filmmaking meets generative AI technologies.
• You’ll drive projects independently, experiment with AI-enhanced production techniques, and contribute to shaping an innovative creative culture.
• As part of a forward-thinking international team at the Mediawan Group, you’ll play a key role in defining our future direction and establishing new production methodologies. We are building something innovative.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• You have a solid foundation in visual production through VFX, film school, media studies, animation, or equivalent professional experience – you understand how production pipelines work and have fundamental knowledge of computer animation.
• You’re proficient with traditional filmmaking concepts: Adobe Creative Suite, camera operation, lighting principles, and core production workflows that form the backbone of professional content creation.
• You’re fluent with modern AI production tools like ComfyUI and other open-source projects and know all the relevant SaaS tools/APIs like RunwayML, Kling, LumaLabs, Veo3, Midjourney, Flux, Replicate, Leonardo AI.
• You have deep experience with LLMs and see them as creative collaborators and are passionate about process automation, constantly thinking about how to streamline repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and build systems that make creative work more efficient.
• You embrace a collaborative, open-source mentality and actively discover, evaluate, and integrate community-driven tools to push creative boundaries.
• You thrive in dynamic environments, communicate confidently across technical and creative teams, and are excited to shape the future of AI-enhanced content creation.
