About The Role
  
  This is a full-time, onsite role as an AI Associate at our Berlin HQ, designed as a three-month rotational program with a pathway to high-impact commercial roles. You’ll join a cohort of technical, customer-facing talent who build deep product expertise and commercial acumen from day one.

  Program Structure
  
  Our AI Associate Program Is a Three-month Rotation
  
    - Month 1: Foundations in Customer Success & Account Management
Intensive onboarding, product mastery, and shadowing of customer calls and workshops 
    - Month 2: Building in Solutions Engineering
Hands-on with building assistants/workflows, implementing use cases, and supporting integrations for customers 
    - Month 3: Selling in Sales & Partnerships
Shadowing and supporting sales and partnership calls, learning how to qualify, pitch, and close deals 
  
  Upon graduation, you’ll spend three months in one of the core commercial roles (Sales, Account Management, or Solutions Engineering) based on your strengths and interests.
 
  What You’ll Do
  
  
    - Master Langdock’s AI platform through daily product interactions and real use cases
 
    - Build assistants/workflows for yourself and the team
 
    - Shadow and run customer workshops, 1:1 calls, and onboarding sessions
 
    - Support the implementation of high-value use cases and integrations
 
    - Shadow sales and partnership conversations
 
    - Progress into a specialized commercial role after completion
