    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of DoseSpot. We are currently looking for an AI Software Architect / Developer in United States.

    In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions across a dynamic software and healthcare platform. You will build and guide AI initiatives from concept to production, enabling innovation across product teams and enhancing engineering workflows. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, providing an opportunity to shape AI adoption and architecture at scale. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive teams, delivering measurable business impact while advancing AI capabilities in a mission-critical environment.

    Accountabilities

    • Drive the strategic AI roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with company objectives and product goals.
    • Lead technical evaluation, design, and execution of AI/GenAI prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production systems.
    • Establish AI architectural standards, best practices, and governance for scalable, compliant systems.
    • Mentor and guide engineering teams in AI-assisted development, model deployment, and workflow optimization.
    • Conduct competitive AI landscape analysis, integrating emerging technologies and research into practical solutions.
    • Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, design patterns, microservices architecture, and domain-driven design.
    • Support CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployment best practices to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • 12+ years of software development experience, preferably in .NET/C# or Java, with a strong focus on architecture.
    • 2+ years hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) or GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), including RAG techniques.
    • Proven experience building and scaling high-transaction SaaS platforms with emphasis on performance, reliability, and security.
    • Experience leveraging proprietary data for fine-tuning, prompt orchestration, retraining, and monitoring AI models.
    • Solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
    • Expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven design, serverless computing, and database design (Relational and NoSQL).
    • Familiarity with Agile at scale, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and enterprise performance optimization.
    • Strong executive communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and aligning technical strategy with business goals.
    • Experience in healthcare AI and ethical considerations in data privacy and de-identification is a plus.
