In this role, you will lead a company-wide transformation initiative to harness AI technologies that drive measurable productivity and efficiency gains. Acting as both strategist and builder, you will identify high-impact use cases, design and deploy AI solutions, and drive adoption across teams. With executive-level visibility and support, this position offers the opportunity to shape how AI is embedded into core business operations. You will collaborate with leaders, operators, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-value outcomes that change how the organization works.

Accountabilities:

• Launch and lead an AI Solutions team focused on immediate, high-impact business value.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute on AI opportunities that streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve decision-making.
• Prototype and deliver solutions using modern AI platforms and frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI, Claude, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
• Partner with executives, data teams, and operational leaders to ensure reliable inputs and seamless adoption.
• Drive change management through training, workshops, and clear communication of AI’s business value.
• Develop organizational standards for AI adoption, including governance, KPIs, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and external partners to ensure responsible, compliant AI deployment.
• Build organizational AI fluency through enablement sessions, office hours, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a technical individual contributor (engineering, ML, or data science) with hands-on experience building automation tools or software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI tooling and frameworks, including OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, Claude, GPTs, vector databases, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to independently scope, build, and deliver impactful technical solutions in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage credibly at both executive and frontline levels.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with a strong product sense to identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Passion for solving complex problems at the intersection of technology and business.
