Airport Site Coordinator - München Memmingen Airport - Permanent position

We are growing rapidly and looking for an Airport Site Coordinator to be the face of Flibco in Memmingen.

Your Mission

We are launching a brand-new high-frequency shuttle line connecting München city with Memmingen Airport (München West). You will be the local engine behind a successful rollout, responsible for setting up operations and managing partners on the ground.

How You’ll Work

You will work in a collaborative, impact-driven culture where autonomy is valued. You’ll take ownership of your work and advocate for improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Launch Like a Pro: coordinate on-site setup from ticket machines installation to ensuring digital tools are ready to roll
• Brand presence: implement visual branding and signage across key locations in coordination with Marketing
• Local support: assist drivers and bus operators with software and hardware tools; provide first-level technical assistance
• Grow Sales Network: pitch and secure reseller partnerships with local hotels, tourism offices, and travel agencies in Munich and the airport area
• Stakeholder engagement: represent Flibco with public bodies, airport authorities, and other strategic partners
• Local partnerships: launch collaborations to increase visibility and passenger numbers

Who You Are

Native-level German, professional English; hands-on, problem-solving mindset; strong organizational and coordination skills; passion for launching new initiatives with interest in mobility/transport/logistics or tourism/travel/hospitality; excellent interpersonal skills; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• German: Read C2, Write C2, Speak C2
• English: Read C1, Write C1, Speak C1
• Mobility/transport/logistics or related industry interest
• Experience in events/field operations is a plus
