    In this role, you will drive strategic growth by building and managing high-value partnerships within the AI and emerging technology ecosystem. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design joint initiatives that align business goals, generate pipeline, and amplify brand presence. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide partnerships from planning to execution, securing co-marketing resources, and ensuring measurable impact. This position offers a blend of strategic planning, operational execution, and relationship management in a fully remote, global environment. Your contributions will be essential in shaping a robust partner ecosystem and supporting the organization’s go-to-market objectives.

    Accountabilities:

    • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with emerging AI and technology partners, ensuring alignment on joint business objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategic partner plans, including co-marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and collaborative events.
    • Secure partner funding and resources to support events, marketing initiatives, and demand generation efforts.
    • Drive joint go-to-market activities, such as webinars, content creation, and industry thought leadership programs.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads and expand the partner-driven sales pipeline.
    • Advocate for the organization and partners at industry forums, conferences, and in publications.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements, co-marketing terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Track, analyze, and report partnership performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in partner, alliances, or channel management, preferably within technology or cloud services.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong negotiation, deal-making, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
    • Strategic mindset with experience developing and executing partnership initiatives that deliver measurable results.
    • Familiarity with AI, cloud computing, SaaS platforms, and emerging technologies.
    • Experience securing co-marketing funds, planning joint events, and driving collaborative campaigns.
    • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote, and global environment.
    • Preferred: Experience managing relationships with AI, cloud, or enterprise software partners, and familiarity with partner management tools or CRM systems.
