About Our Client

Our client is a leading international provider of sensor solutions for industrial automation. They support customers across various industries with innovative products and comprehensive service. To strengthen the sales team, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (m/w/d) for the North Bavaria region, who will expand market presence and foster long-term customer relationships through technical expertise and sales talent.

Job Responsibilities

• Independent sales of sensor solutions within the defined sales territory
• Acquisition of new customers and management of existing customer relationships
• Technical consulting and development of tailored solutions in collaboration with customers
• Planning and execution of sales activities, customer meetings, and presentations
• Market and competitor monitoring to derive sales strategies
• Close cooperation with internal departments for continuous product development
• Use and maintenance of CRM system for transparent sales management

Candidate Profile

• Completed technical training or degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in sensors or automation
• Expertise in sensor sales is advantageous
• Technical understanding combined with strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured work style and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• Residence in the sales region and high willingness to travel
