Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (360° Full-Cycle Role)

Location: Dresden, Germany (Hybrid – Brand New Office!)

QXi Group is an international tech recruitment firm with over 20 years of success, operating through our specialist brands: Montash, Remobi, and Trillion. We’ve just launched our new office in Dresden , and we’re hiring ambitious individuals to join us as entry-level 360 recruiters .

This is a full-cycle, sales-focused role where you’ll be trained to build your own client base, manage end-to-end recruitment, and become a specialist in your market. You’ll be expected to proactively win business, build lasting client relationships, and manage candidates from sourcing to placement.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow your own desk – clients and candidates
• Source, screen, and place tech talent across Europe, the UK, and the US
• Drive new business through outbound sales, cold calling, and networking
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle and hit revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience is ideal (e.g. B2B/B2C, tele sales)
• Motivated, target-driven, and confident in building relationships
• Comfortable with cold calling and business development
• Fluent in English and German.
