Profile: Business Analyst

Rate range: Please submit profiles as per the market rate. German language proficiency: fluent, at least B2.

Contract duration: Until December 2026. Location: The selected candidate is required to work onsite at the client's Munich office for 2 weeks, followed by 1 week of remote/virtual work, and then 1 week of onsite work in Frankfurt (5 days). A reimbursement of 18 EUR will be provided for each hour worked from the client office.

Technical Skills:

• Secure knowledge in the energy industry environment, particularly Customer Engagement, Output Management, master data, switching processes, and MaKo.
• Good process knowledge End2End in the fields mentioned above.
• Knowledge of working with SAP IS-U and S/4HANA.
• Optional specific features: Knowledge in JIRA and Confluence.

Job Description:

• Technical conception and harmonization of target processes and independent exchange with architects/lead developers regarding technical feasibility.
• Independent creation and detailing of technical requirements in the form of epics in collaboration with subject matter experts and other business analysts.
• Supporting developers and testers in clarifying detailed questions about epics and user stories, particularly acceptance criteria.
• Initiating work meetings with stakeholders and interfaces.
• Knowledge transfer between the squad and subject matter experts.
• Presentation of implementations in reviews.
