    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Cyera. We are currently looking for a Channel Account Manager in United States.

    In this role, you will lead the growth and management of a network of channel partners, driving revenue and expanding the partner ecosystem. You will develop strategic plans, recruit and onboard new partners, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success. The position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring strong relationship-building, analytical skills, and collaboration across internal teams. You will play a key role in enabling partners to effectively sell and support cutting-edge data security solutions, while contributing to the overall growth and performance of the organization.

    Accountabilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the partner ecosystem.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs.
    • Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell and support solutions.
    • Monitor partner performance, set metrics, and implement improvement plans to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams on joint campaigns, events, and lead generation initiatives through the channel.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
    • Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends to communicate value propositions effectively.
    • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align and execute channel initiatives successfully.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 7-10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in technology or data security.
    • Proven success in managing high-performing channel partner networks and exceeding sales targets.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
    • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute effective channel strategies.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
    • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate internal teams and external partners.
    • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to data security solutions.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
