Global Operations - Capital Raising, M&A & Investments

With a proven multi-GW pipeline across BESS, Solar, Wind, and newly Hydrogen; with a strong market position, the company is shaping the future of clean energy across emerging and established markets.

The Role

As CFO, you’ll shape the financial strategy with a clear focus on capital raising, investments, and M&A across existing markets and expansion into key international markets.

• Lead equity and debt capital raising across international and regional markets
• Drive huge M&A transactions and strategic investments to accelerate portfolio growth
• Build and manage relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partners
• Oversee financial structuring, valuation, and negotiations on major deals
• Provide strategic insight and clear recommendations to the CEO and board
• Position the company for long-term, sustainable growth across MENA and beyond

Requirements:

• 15+ years’ experience in investment banking, project finance, or corporate finance with a strong track record in capital raising and M&A
• Proven leadership in high-growth energy, infrastructure, or related sectors
• Deep understanding of structuring, valuation, and financial negotiations
• Strong network across institutional investors, banks, and capital providers
• Experience scaling finance functions in rapidly expanding businesses
• Based in Germany or UAE (with international exposure preferred)
