What are you going to do as CFO:
- Drive the change implementation in Finance organisation and overall Group;
- Manage Finance organisation, be ‘hands-on’ CFO and drive efficiency projects implementation;
- Implement a controlling function to optimize PL and Cash flow;
- Manage company’s financial planning and forecast;
- Establish and report financial and business KPI’s;
- Manage preparation of Local GAP and IFRS standard reporting to Group and authorities;
- Report to Group on Financial and Business KPIs;
- Manage local accounting and finance teams, ensure proper internal financial controls routines;
- Be a stakeholder in Financial ERP systems implementation.
What do we expect from you:
- Established experience in CFO or a senior role in Finance function;
- Strong will and self determination to drive change in organisation;
- A degree in accounting or finance;
- Good understanding of IFRS, regulatory framework and taxation;
- Excellent skills in Excel and other MS Office tools and application;
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, proactive and action-oriented thinking;
- Fluency in English, written and verbal;
