Key Responsibilities May Include: Developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with overall business goals, values, and future organizational needs.Building and enhancing company culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives to create a positive and productive work environment.Overseeing all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.Designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.Leading organizational development efforts, including change management, restructuring, and leadership development programs.Ensuring HR compliance, managing employee relations, and fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.Leveraging HR technology and analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency within the HR function.Coaching and mentoring internal HR teams and providing strategic guidance to leadership on all people-related matters.Acting as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs on critical talent strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning. Key Requirements May Include: Proven experience in a senior HR leadership, Chief People Officer, or executive consulting role.Track record of successfully designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that directly impact business outcomes and employee experience.Deep expertise in culture building, talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR compliance.Strong understanding of HR technology platforms and data-driven approaches to people management.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional leadership abilities, comfortable engaging with the C-suite and boards.Empathetic leader with a strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a strong plus.
