Civil Engineer / Project Manager (Wind & Renewable Energy)

Leipzig area or Lower Saxony | up to €70,000 + bonus

Our client is a well-established renewable energy company with over 20 years of success in large-scale onshore wind and PV projects. With a strong pipeline of new developments and a growing project portfolio across Leipzig and Lower Saxony, they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager .

The Role :

You will join the in-house team to plan, supervise, and manage infrastructure and civil works across their own wind energy projects. You’ll take the lead on construction preparation and supervision, including infrastructure works, road construction, and turbine installation. You will also support the preparation of tender documents for contractors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project planning and management of infrastructure and civil works for onshore wind and PV projects
• Oversee and supervise on-site construction works
• Prepare technical documents for tendering and bidding processes
• Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines
• Regular site visits in Lower Saxony

What We’re Looking For :

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience (wind energy sector a strong plus)
• Proven experience in planning and managing construction and infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of roadworks and turbine installation processes
• Fluent in German (required)
• Willingness to travel to project sites (mostly Lower Saxony)
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Leipzig area
