    As a Client Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of high-value clients and drive growth, retention, and satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that client business goals are met through strategic use of data and technology solutions. This role combines leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on client engagement to deliver measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, delivery, product, and support, translating client needs into actionable insights. Your work will shape long-term client partnerships, foster trust, and create opportunities for expansion while navigating the evolving healthcare landscape.

    Accountabilities:

    • Own client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and feedback sessions to drive client satisfaction and retention.
    • Identify client challenges and proactively propose solutions that deliver measurable value.
    • Act as the General Manager for assigned accounts, leveraging data to optimize client experience and ensure delivery excellence.
    • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, PMO, data engineering, and support teams to translate client feedback into actionable initiatives.
    • Provide executive oversight and guidance to internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
    • Identify opportunities for upsell and account growth in alignment with client goals.
    • Track KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact and outcomes of client engagements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within account management, professional services, or service delivery.
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex client environments and build long-term relationships.
    • Experience in healthcare, preferably with Medicare or Medicaid payer organizations.
    • Proven success driving client conversations and delivering value through software and services.
    • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences at multiple organizational levels.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
    • Experience drafting statements of work and service agreements.
    • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10-15%).
    • Extra Credit: Knowledge of cloud technology, CMS interoperability mandates, and modern data platforms.
