    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Philips. We are currently looking for a Clinical Implementation Manager - DXR in United States.

    This role provides a strategic and consultative approach to clinical solution delivery, ensuring successful implementation and adoption across healthcare environments. You will work closely with clinical teams, project managers, and sales representatives to develop and execute comprehensive training plans, optimize resource allocation, and maintain strong customer relationships. The position blends field-based implementation with project management, requiring agility, problem-solving, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates are experienced in medical imaging, clinical education, and project coordination, with strong communication and data analysis skills. This role offers the opportunity to influence healthcare outcomes while collaborating with diverse teams.

    Accountabilities

    • Serve as a clinical liaison between sales, project management, and clinical service teams to ensure seamless solution deployment.
    • Lead pre-sales consultations and post-sales implementation, focusing on training, site readiness, and optimal resource allocation.
    • Develop and execute clinical training plans in collaboration with Clinical Applications Specialists, Project Managers, and local teams.
    • Actively participate in implementation communities to share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices.
    • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, supporting recurring revenue strategies.
    • Provide guidance on cross-modality clinical project planning and execution.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in the medical imaging industry, with clinical experience preferred.
    • Strong skills in project management, customer relations, data analytics, process improvement, and performance measurement.
    • Experience with financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
    • Minimum 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years with a Master’s degree in Healthcare Consulting, Clinical Education, Business, Clinical Practice, or related field.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organization, able to operate within complex project management systems.
    • Flexible, agile, and able to manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
    • Ability to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of field-based clinical implementation.
