Our mission is simple yet bold: to democratize algorithmic trading by providing ultra-fast, precise, and reliable tools to retail traders and investors worldwide.

We’re looking for a Co-Founder & CTO with deep technical expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit to lead the technical vision and build the core infrastructure from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

• Architect and develop a low-latency, high-throughput trading infrastructure.
• Build and optimize API, FIX & WebSocket integrations with brokers and exchanges.
• Ensure the platform’s speed, security, and scalability at every layer.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the technical team as the company grows.
• Work closely with the founding team to align technology with product and market strategy.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in software development & system architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or C++ (preferably both).
• Proven experience in HFT, algorithmic trading, or fintech infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and trading systems.
• Ability to own the product from 0 → production.
• Startup mindset: fast execution, clear communication, problem‑solving attitude.
