Construction Supervisor Required in Europe

Major Roles & Responsibilities

• Site Supervision Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Project Planning Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols and ensure workers follow all health and safety regulations.
• Quality Control Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
• Team Coordination Manage and coordinate the work of laborers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
• Progress Monitoring Track project progress, identify delays, and report updates to project managers.
• Material Management Oversee delivery, storage, and proper use of construction materials and equipment.
• Problem Solving Identify and resolve on-site issues related to design, logistics, or workforce.
• Documentation & Reporting Maintain site logs, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and record incidents.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication Liaise with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are achieved.
