Overview

We actively seek a consultant for qualitative risk management in the financial sector. The candidate will work with leading national and international banks, insurers, FinTechs, and other financial institutions.

Responsibilities

As part of a team of over 250 professionals, you will:

• Support clients in developing risk management frameworks, such as risk strategy, risk inventory, and risk control.
• Assist in redesigning risk management processes, including governance, internal control, and risk culture.
• Advise on digital transformation and the use of AI in risk management.
• Assume project responsibility over time, potentially leading (part) projects.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in economics or a related field with a focus on risk management, finance, or banking/insurance.
• You have at least two years of experience in financial risk management or non-financial risk management.
• You enjoy working in a client-facing team environment and can present topics clearly.
• You proactively tackle complex tasks, applying analytical and conceptual skills in a structured and pragmatic manner.
• You are fluent in German and English.
