What the role is about

You’ll bring the Nunc brand to life across social media, primarily Instagram and YouTube by creating scroll‑stopping, story‑led content that blends tech, taste, and culture. You ideate and produce content that fuels engagement and brand love within the coffee community.

Responsibilities

• Creating original photo and video (short and long‑form) content across all organic channels.
• Translating brand narratives into impactful social storytelling, using unique ways to leverage social trends and new AI tools.
• Ensuring brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Tracking performance and optimizing content ideas based on insights and trends.
• Thinking in hero pieces and translating them to different formats and distribution pipelines.

What you’ll achieve in 6 months

• You’ve established a recognizable, consistent Nunc content style across platforms.
• Significantly increased engagement and follower growth through high‑performing posts.
• You know the Nunc tone, product, and creator ecosystem by heart.
• You’ve built a pipeline of content ideas that feel uniquely Nunc.
• You have optimized our creative workflows and use of AI tools for content generation.

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation or brand storytelling.
• Strong skills in short and long‑form video editing, copywriting, and visual direction.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and passionate about design, culture, and coffee innovation.
• You are located in one of our locations (Konstanz, Berlin, Munich) and are open for traveling to our locations for content production.
