Key Responsibilities:
- Coach teams on Lean Six Sigma (L6S) methodologies and provide guidance on appropriate tools.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, quality, and budget.
- Collaborate and support cross-functional teams to implement strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Identify and share new ways of working to improve efficiency.
- Work with other CI leaders to standardize processes, ensure sustainability, and share best practices.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, coaching, and change management.
- L6S Green Belt or Black Belt certification with proven application of methodologies such as DMAIC, VSM, and Kaizen.
- Strong change management and facilitation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Ability to work effectively across a complex, global organization.
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
- Fluent in English.
