A global renewable energy company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Controller - Financial Planning & Controlling Systems to join its Group Controlling team, ideally based at its headquarters. This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of the company's planning and reporting system, CCH Tagetik. The position offers a unique opportunity to combine financial expertise with system development, contributing to digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the enhancement and optimisation of the group-wide planning and reporting system (CCH Tagetik).
Translate controlling requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with IT and external software partners.
Assist in implementing new functionalities in planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Maintain and adapt data structures, reporting logic, and user interfaces.
Ensure system outputs meet business needs through close collaboration with Controlling colleagues.
Conduct system testing and ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.
Train and support users in Controlling to maximise system effectiveness.
Participate in financial systems and digitisation projects (e.g., Power BI) and contribute to process optimisation.

Candidate Profile

Degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a related field.
Initial experience in Controlling (e.g., internships or student roles).
Solid understanding of controlling processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and P&L structures.
Interest in financial systems and digital tools; experience with CCH Tagetik is a plus.
Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
