Stellenbeschreibung:

Take over main responsibility in monthly closure activities (e.g. Sales reporting, Management Reporting) & quarterly reporting tasks
Monthly closure tasks to ensure high quality of data & transfer to parent company in time
Fiscal Year end process incl. Restatement of PY results & supporting Std. Cost Restatement
Guide through monthly performance review meeting
Support in internal cross-departmental Controlling/ Finance projects
Drive digital transformation/ automation of Controlling processes
Work closely together with internal IT & external consultants
Contact person for auditors ("GuV Einzelabschluss"/ financial statement of Grohe AG) & other internal departments (e.g. Accounting, SCM)
Responsible for updating relevant master data (e.g. cost center, profit center master data & hierarchies)

Bachelor's or master's degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, business information systems/ IT
Work experience in above mentioned areas for at least 3 years
Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach
Affinity for numbers & IT, a good understanding of financial systems (SAP R3 GDE, GBW, DSO)
Structured way of working & good time management
Fluent English skills
