Corporate Development Analyst (m / f / d)

Be a driving force behind Fioneers' data-driven strategy execution. We have ambitious plans and need to make bold decisions. Taking informed decisions is key to our success. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious colleague to drive organizational and people analytics. In this role, you will be part of Fioneers' Corporate Development team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Structuring and analyzing data meaningfully
2. Ensuring high data quality and efficient processes
3. Developing HR dashboards, cockpits, and presentations to enable management to make informed decisions and advance our organizational and people strategies
4. Conducting analyses and interpreting data to improve understanding and steering capabilities in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and fostering a high-performance culture
5. Presenting results and insights to stakeholders, including senior management
6. Analyzing data sets, deriving measures, and proposing adjustments for the People Strategy

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with practical application of project management and analytical skills
• At least 2 years of experience in (Organizational / People) Analytics within digital business, management consulting, or a fast-growing startup
• Expertise in Excel, reporting tools like PowerBI, and basic programming skills
• Strong ownership, result-oriented mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
