Join OTC FLOW as a Sales Recruiter - Frankfurt . We are a leading broker in global and local renewable energy markets, with offices in Amsterdam, Paris, New York and Frankfurt. We are looking for a proactive and resilient Sales Recruiter to join our Frankfurt office to help attract and hire top sales traders and brokers to support growth.

About the role

In this high-performing front office environment, you will identify and engage exceptional talent for sales traders and brokers. You will support OTC FLOW’s growth by attracting and hiring the best sales talent to meet our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage talent sourcing strategies (networking, referrals, social media, job boards, events, Boolean search) to identify and attract top-tier sales talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting pre-screening calls, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation.
  • Provide stakeholders with insights into talent markets and salary benchmarks and maintain proactive communication with hiring managers.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs consistently.
  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, focused on sales & business development roles in non-tech industries (e.g., sales traders, sales reps, brokers, business developers, sales specialists).
  • Experience recruiting in the DACH market with native fluency in German and excellent English proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to evaluate candidates’ sales capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of CV sourcing beyond LinkedIn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and an autonomous work approach.
