PCC Group is an important actor on the chemical market. We design, test, and manufacture a wide range of surfactants, poliols, chloride, alkalies products. Due to the dynamic development of companies we are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our team.

Country of work: Germany

Responsibilities

development of POLYURETHANE RAW MATERIALS sales in Europe
participating in business development strategy building
initiating new products development based on identified customers needs
visiting customers in the region regularly, attending trade fairs and related activities to develop market intelligence and to access customers directly
preparing sales forecasts, sales analyses and actions plans
negotiating terms of sale and contracts, acquiring new clients

Requirements

chemical educational background or minimum 5 years in sales or technical customer service in chemical polyurethanes industry
an experience in negotiations with senior management level in international sales
willingness to travel frequently
business experience (knowledge of the polyurethanes industry is an advantage)
ability to build and develop relations with customers and business partners
very good command of written and spoken German
good command of written and spoken English
a self-starter with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
