Country Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage local operations in hub and at customer sites – The Country Manager is responsible for local operations in Germany with P&L responsibility. Run daily operations at the MAG45 hub in Neusaß and at customer sites. Coach the MAG45 team to achieve operational excellence and champion operational improvements.
• Project Management – Represent MAG45 locally while implementing and expanding MAG45 services. Collaborate with the Commercial team at HQ to introduce customers to MAG45’s new way of working. Monitor the business case and update it in case of major changes.
• Account Management – Represent MAG45 within local customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain our reputation, and develop the scope of existing products and services within named key accounts; expand to new sites. Align with Key Account Managers.

Qualifications

• A university-level education, knowledge and experience
• At least 4–7 years of experience in an international environment with relevant supply chain management and process management experience at industry level
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multinational environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders at multiple levels and leading (project) teams
