Creative Director Art (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced Creative Director Art (f/m/d) to join our office and lead a professional team of Art Directors. In this role, you will develop distinctive creative work across channels and industries, guide innovative visual campaigns, and ensure a consistently high creative standard. You bring a sharp eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of branding, and a passion for design, fashion, and culture.

In this lead role, you will collaborate closely with other Directors as well as Strategy, Copy&Concept, and Project Management. You will be responsible for ensuring continued growth, driving innovation, and delivering high-level projects for key accounts.

DEINE MISSION.

• Develop holistic campaign concepts and visual narratives for high-level projects
• Oversee design strategy and execution across all media and formats
• Lead and mentor a team of Art Directors, providing direction and feedback
• Supervise photo and video productions and multi-channel rollouts
• Present and explain creative concepts to internal teams as well as to external partners and clients
• Integrate cultural insights and contemporary trends into creative work

WAS DU MITBRINGST.

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• At least 7 years of professional experience in Art Direction within the industry, including 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns and design direction
• Leadership and management experience across teams and industry sectors
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills with a clear visual voice
• Experience with photo and video production
• Strong interest in cultural insights, design, fashion, and contemporary pop culture
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
