About the role

As a CMD Specialist at EssilorLuxottica, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing Customer Master Data (CMD) for our operations in Austria (AT), Germany (DE), and supporting SAP implementation across other DACH entities. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business processes, contributing directly to customer satisfaction, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Customer Master Data in SAP for AT and DE markets.
• Support the rollout and implementation of SAP CMD processes in other DACH entities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business needs.
• Act as a key liaison between Sales Operations and departments including:
• IT
• Finance
• GBS (Global Business Services)
• Marketing
• Corporate
• Ensure CMD supports accurate reporting, financial transactions, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor and improve CMD processes to align with evolving business structures in Germany , DACH region and corporate guidelines.
• Utilize Excel and MS Office tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Master Data management, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.
• Solid understanding of business structures and regulatory requirements in Germany.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (CMD modules).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Fluent inGerman and English (written and spoken).
